That sucks .... more PayPal antics.

Grrrrr, I joined paypal many years ago and if you think they are
bad now ....OMG they are tame compared to what they use to do.
They would freeze your funds for any reason. Realizing huge interest
gains on frozen cash by moving funds into a "secured" account ...
for your protection.

I looked and could not find any mention of fees on refunds.

I'm getting security cert warnings on several paypal pages?
