WARNING - PAYPAL NEW FEE CHARGES YOU FOR REFUNDS

issued a $13 refund due to the buyer not sending masspay and i got charged 0.55 cents US penalty

what a bull shit fee... paypal is a scum bag company

That's not at all good. But are you sure? There doesn't seem to be any mention of any of this anywhere...

That sucks .... more PayPal antics.

Grrrrr, I joined paypal many years ago and if you think they are
bad now ....OMG they are tame compared to what they use to do.
They would freeze your funds for any reason. Realizing huge interest
gains on frozen cash by moving funds into a "secured" account ...
for your protection.

I looked and could not find any mention of fees on refunds.

Wow.. that's just silly.

I can't say ive ever had a problem with paypal and ive been using it for years but eh there's still time.

Really that's shocking that they would do that.
