He says he will be giving you a huge amount of money but before you have to get your domain name appraised manually.

This term manually is very important ! I'm sure these individuals are the boss of an appraisal company which is running down.

It's clear, as you've understood that these individual will push you to select their appraisal companies and don't let you the choice among the appraiser offers.

Once you've payed for a manual appraisal generally 70 $ ,you won't hear about him for a long time.
