I am here to let you know that Jorge Linares that offers for designing here in the forum, has received my money and has not made the job.

I asked to convert a PSD to a Wordpress theme and hea asked for 3-5 workdays. It was 2 months ago and I cant talk to him or have an email answering my questions.

PS.: I would like to ask the administrators of the forum to show this text in any other thread that refer to this kind of problem and, if possible, to show this post in the top of the section!!!

Thank you for warning us to this person. His name sounds already familiar with other forums as well. Just to giving an advice if you are hiring a web developer don't pay at full amount. You can pay upfront payment 1st that it seems the safest way especially there are lots of scammers now here in the web.

I hope for your sake, he does eventually turn up and send your stuff or refunds your money fully.
