I am here to let you know that Jorge Linares that offers for designing here in the forum, has received my money and has not made the job.

I asked to convert a PSD to a Wordpress theme and hea asked for 3-5 workdays. It was 2 months ago and I cant talk to him or have an email answering my questions.

Take care with this kind!!! JORGE LINARES!!!!

PS.: I would like to ask the administrators of the forum to show this text in any other thread that refer to this kind of problem and, if possible, to show this post in the top of the section!!!

What if he logs on to the forum with a different username and then again cheats someone. You must report this to the admin, so that he may block his IP.
