Has Anyone Used Safefunds.com

I am currently going to sell my website to a company and they want to use safefunds.com I am wondering if anyone has every used them. Let me know.

Safefunds.com use

I've used them to sell three domains, three different times. Very easy. Live support if you need it. No delay in getting your funds. I used the ACH electronic option.
