lilipot sent me a payment today in the amount of $900.00. PayPal put the funds on hold and Jim at PayPal told me that the payment was sent in a suspicious manner by an unauthorized account user. I send an email to the address that the payment was sent to me from "lilipot" and this is the response that I received:

I did not authorize this payment. Who are you and how did you get my information from Paypal. This is fraud and has been reported to my bank as well as to the police here in Atlanta.
This was my response:
Look, I am sorry, but I had absolutely nothing to do with this whatsoever. I sold a domain name at NamePros.com and the buyer send the payment to my PayPal Account using your email address. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? and the password is case sensitive. The Namepros Member who made the purchase using your information goes by the handle "lilipot".

ME: PayPal will not allow me to refund it. Or, at least that is what I am being told. Said it cannot be refunded until after the investigation is completed as to how you submitted the funds. It's probably just some stupid security feature that they have in place. Call them and ask them if I can refund it? They told me it could take 1-2 days for this to be resolved. However, as soon as the funds are clear, I will most certainly issue you a refund.
