This is a warning to any one thinking of doing business with "mytreat" a new NPs member. He is aggressively trying to sell a domain name and has crossed the line of ethics.

I inquired about the name and made an offer in the forums. He said he was looking for more. OK this is all good. Then he PMed me stating that he would send the name to auction, at SEDO, if I place a bid @ $$$. I PMed back explaining that I had already placed an offer for a similar name with an associate and that I would have to let him respond. And I really didn't want to get into a bidding war on SEDO. He said he understood. I then PMed him back and asked if the offer was still good... His answer was "Offer still good, take your time". So I made the SEDO offer.

mytreat then decided to call my offer a "LOW BALL OFFER" here in the NPs forums. The low ball offer amount was his suggestion in an unsolicited PM to me in the amount he suggested.

He then opens another thread trying to sell the name here at NPs ignoring my offer. Until today when I received his counter offer at 8 times the amount HE said he would send the name to auction at.

This is unethical. He is trying to pump up traffic and bids. Then insults the very offers he asked for.
