Even trusted members can scam you

I purchased an adult tube script from FPForum for $55.00 and paid $10.00 for install.
The script was a nulled version which was not indicated at first, when I found out I asked for a refund a day later.

I was advised to push the domain back for the refund and currently just got my $10.00 back after the push, but not the $55.00 after following up several times. This person was suspended from Name pros. I contacted him on digitalpoint.com and he told me that He would refund when he got the domain back. He got banned there too. I have a Pay pal issue pending for the $55.00 still and no refund yet.
His company is strikedata.com.
Oh well live and learn.

I hope this does not offend the good people out there. Not all members are created equal

Protect Our Planet
yea that sucks "the More you Know The Less Your Knowing"
iv ran from dp since the mass flo of scammers and hackers once my PM inbox was getting more spam than a 10 year old aol email i knew it was time to leave
i kinda liked dp back when it was more like a community and not a scammers commodity
but it sucks now!(IMHO)

so did you send/push the domain back?
if not
atleast you got a domain out of the deal
if he did deliver a domain
if not you should contact his host &/or registrar about the issue also just inform them about the issue
it probably wont get you your loot back but it could get his site offline and reduce his scamming abilities!
