I verified the amount and i transferred the domains to him. But later paypal holds the payment and opens 3 disputes or claims of these 3 transactions of amounts ($325 + $300 + $400).
and one case investigation is completed and they reverted the payment back to buyer(transaction 6VK55411S56367700)
the pending transactions are
transaction 3FU298654K3662144
transaction 1BM58575N9655025X
and also these 2 are reverted back on yesterday
so i lost all of my domains and the money (
at last i traced these guys and found one guy from country India, look what he is saying when i contacted him via email........

and i called him several times,
he is now saying that
* now he didn't own those domains
* he is threatening me that he will hack all of my accounts
* do what the hell you want, i am not going to return your domains
* and lot of ***words
i even appoached great services like godaddy and paypal my answers / replies whatever i got are exactly same as above posts
so now the thing is what is the future trading for all domainers now.........
i caught one guy and what about others, there may be tens or hundreds of these now roaming on internet..........
my questions are 1. how i can believe the next customer/buyer who approaches to me to buy domains is a genuine person ??
2. how i can know that the funds send via paypal are AUTHORIZED FUNDS (because they only complaining to paypal once we transfer the domains, upto that you can see funds in your account)
3. HOW TO PROCEED WITH NEXT TRANSACTIONS......................
my humble request to Ronald James (the owner of this forum) at least make this thread appear in total site so that every domainer can react to this situation now and may be once we raised all of our voices probably there may be some change in policies of godaddy / paypal
please wake up before it is too late or you caught up.........
With all the recent theft of domains going on i am amazed some people are still using paypal to sell domains, the warnings thread here is full of these kind of reports,
bottom line is paypal and the registrar will do nothing, so scammers are getting away with it daily, i dont mean to sound like im preaching here, but everyone knows the paypal scam, the golden rule is just dont use them,
your now going to have to try and track the scammer down and try some way to get your domains back, posting them here makes little difference, when you do track him down, go into the warnings and alerts thread and tell us what / were you are up to there are many people in there that can give advise and help you try to track these guys down.
tangable goods (or digital goods) are not protected by paypal, its amazing how the CC compaines dont jump on this aswell, i mean how many chargebacks can 1 guy do, you'd think they'd release its him scamming, not a stolen paypal ID.
Paypal can pretty quickly end a lot of this by simply instating a rule: After your first chargeback, your account goes into a 'monitored' mode, where agents monitor the transactions for a while... or even better... prevents you from using credit cards unless you send them the evidence of actual fraud.
this is disgusting news, im so disgusted with the scammer, im going to post this information on my forum as well. did you push the domains at GODADDY? godaddy is very good with helping you get the domains back....
I think the best way to do is adopt the "Verified Member Seal" Option. It is at a lot of sites now and the domainers can see that the forum has verified proof of the residence and ID of the domainer.
And third..I have yet to get scammed using paypal because I do my homework FIRST not after the transaction. If a deal looks fishy you build in some protection..like waiting 60 days after payment until you push the domain. I have done this and to legit buyers it's not an issue since I give them DNS.
You can also use escrow. In the amount you did that deal you should have done it.
Me personally...I don't deal with anyone that lives in certain countries and India is on that list. You better have impeccable reputation if you want to do a deal with me and you're from a blacklisted country (Romania, China, Russia, Pakistan, Philipines, Iran, Iraq, India, Taiwan).
Sorry for your loss too. What I am sure was a great sale for you now has turned into possibly your worst nightmare. Deal with it..move on...learn the lesson.
Its unfortunate, our industry leaders AKA MONEY MAKERS have not shown any interest in protecting Domainers, or anyone in general who owns a Domain.
Thats how I came up with Verified Domainers, the problem is... I got a great .com, but dont have the finances to secure a foundation to protect domainers...
Yeah it would need a good deal of investment to fund and market the idea.
Meanwhile having individual checks at forums can also be effective. If a domainer looks to deal with only verified domainers at a forum, it would save them a lot of hassle in the long run.
sorry to hear of any losses, if you are not 100% sure on a buyer or the transaction is for more money than you care to take a chance on losing use an escrow service, if a buyer says "no deal" with using an escrow service and that they will only use paypal then do yourself a favor and say okay "no deal" and protect yourself.
It would be abused quickly unless you were basically setup as an insured escrow service in which case what's the point. I already can use Escrow.com or Moniker Escrow.
It's easy enough to setup a site though where you can have a seal of approval but you have to forward think all the ways you can get scammed and all the ways to verify buyers.
when i contacted godaddy about this, the replies are as follows

Hello,
Thank you for your email. It appears that you have a 3rd party agreement between yourself and the buyer. We are not able to become involved in this dispute.
Any further dispute over the ownership of the domain name will need to be sent either to the registrant, through an ICANN-approved arbitration provider (http://www.icann.org/dndr/udrp/approved-providers.htm) or the court system. Please be assured that if we receive notice of a pending legal dispute we will lock the name so that it cannot be transferred or otherwise modified. Likewise, when we receive a decision we will update the name accordingly. If you file a dispute concerning the domain, please forward a copy to domaindisputes@godaddy.com.
Thank you,

Dear Praveen Gadala,
Thank you for contacting Online Support. Per the UDRP, registrars are prohibited from making changes to a domain name without direction from a court or arbitration forum. If you are unable to come to a satisfactory agreement with the current registrant, you may wish to go through a court or arbitration forum (such as WIPO, The World Intellectual Property Organization, domain.disputes@wipo.int).
When we receive notice of a pending legal dispute we will lock the domain name so that it cannot be transferred or otherwise modified.
Likewise, when we receive a decision, we will update the domain name accordingly.
Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.
Sincerely,
John B.

That is too bad you got your domains stolen. so much of this has been going on lately it's sick. For one, looks like they have invalid whois information. Report this to GoDaddy and they will freeze the domains. That should buy you some more time to work on the case before he takes your names and goes and sells them to someone else. Then they are most likely gone forever
I can point out various threads where registrars like Go Daddy, eNom, or even
Network Solutions can help registrants regain their hijacked domain names. It's
not consistent, I'll give you that, but they do make an effort to try depending
on the situation.
Owner of the other forum which i will not promote... is the VP of godaddy.... he has said on his forum, if anyones domains are stolen, he would do his best to get it back... all it takes is an email....
