www.f1outlet.com

Dear forumer

I am new here, so hope you can be my judge. The story starts here, I have seen a post in digitalpoint of a guy selling this website www.f1outlet.com. In his thread, he mention that the sale of website www.f1outlet.com comes with a domain www.formulaoneoutlet.com for free. I email him instead of pm him because my account at digitalpoint have not been approve yet. He ask me to make payment to him through paypal of $400usd which i did. He did push the domain of www.f1outlet.com and set up the website for me which i happily thank him because this is the first time i own a website and had not much knowledge of setting up one. After a few days, i email he to request that he push the domain of www.formulaoneoutlet.com to me as well as he promised in his sales thread in this and other forum that the sales comes with the free domain. After sending him a round of email and waited faithfully that the seller will transfer the domain because i though he was too busy with his work that he got no time to see his email, the seller did not reply.

So today, i saw his post of selling website in this forum and i confronted him in his sales thread that he rightfully transfer the domain of www.formulaoneoutlet.com to me and he denied dealing with me. Guys, i hope you here be the judge for me, if i am the buyer, am i not entitled to the other domain? I have just file a dispute with paypal but i don't think will work, i just want to delay his payment only. This circle is very small because everybody knows each other. I do not want this to turn out ugly, but i don't think this is the right way to do business.
