I'm leaving it up to you, but if you want this to serve as effective notice, it would be better placed in the "warnings and alerts" forum.

1) Because this forum is not indexed by search engines, anyone doing their own due diligence and checking on a domain name before purchasing would not see this post.

2) This seems more like a warning/alert in nature, unless you are seeking advice/information on how to handle a situation that you provide no details for.

You can reply here either way.

Moved.

And on a purely personal interest note at this point, these domains are "stolen" or "ill gotten" :

Will understand that you probably prefer not to say at this point, but once it settles down, explanations are always nice so we don't just have random "name dropping" running amok

Best of luck,
-Allan

All I will say at this moment is a few months ago a dear friend made this comment to me. "Watch your back." I'll listen to my dear friends advice more often.

namemojo is an unknown quantity at this point
There are always two sides to a story. You can’t just come out and state something without facts John. So we thought we would tell our side. As we still cannot understand what you are trying to claim.....we are only answering your malicious comments here because this is what you have chosen, but don’t be mistaken into thinking this is it, all your emails, and accusations have been handed onto our lawyers, and in time I am sure the truth will come out.

You have made threats to us that you would maliciously hurt our company through posting on boards and you would make it impossible for us to trade in the domain industry, if we don’t give you some domains. I call this COMMERCIAL BLACKMAIL. And it is unwarranted as you do not have a legitimate commercial reason to make such claims and attacks on our company and the people who work for it. As no outcome has been determined by a court of law. Threatening emails and icq messages are just childish if you have a legitimate argument then please fight it through the necessary avenues available to you legally.

What is your problem. Your accusations to discredit our company have no reason behind them. You are attempting to blackmail us into handing over a few domains that we have paid for and own 100%. We are only new to the business but no business should be conducted this way. This is simply you bullying a new company in the industry who does not have the experience or know how of what goes on as we have found out allot of things you have told us are untrue and things can be done differently. Although that is our problem for being so green and naive when it comes to domains...

This has not been appreciated. It is interesting that you have stated that these domains are involved in a legal dispute. As far as I am aware there have been no legal moves instigated at this time by yourself or your company. Which begs the question why would you say there are.

On what basis are you making these allegations, and What claim do you have to these domains? Is this simply so you can rally our friends to side with you. That is a weird business tactic for someone who has been around for so long. I thought you would handle this like a man. Not a boy who has had his bat and ball taken.

Your being desperate for money brought all this to a halt, as You stated that you were going to JAIL for non-payment of child
support and issues with your ex wife, so you wanted to sell our domains at ridiculous prices in order to raise money. We would not entertain this as if domains where to be sold then it would be when the projects you started where completed so we had a platform in order to sell domains from and so that we could get a reasonable ROI. And only then would we seriously look at selling any of our domains. You were free to sell your names if you wanted but we wanted to wait for the completion of the projects we started with you.

During this time together while waiting for these projects to be complete, you have continued with your own business of selling domains and brokering domains of which you are very good at from what I hear. We have also sold a few of our premium names to people, although we were holding off doing anything major till at least one of the projects were complete.

From the start you said you are known for discount selling and bulk selling and it will be good to sell domains within a different market.

You said it would be good for a new face on the block, this is why you wanted to join us plus we had the funds to set up the environment in which you described to us and it would be beneficial for us all to be selling domains under this...

You went as far as saying you were just about to advertise locally for someone to come in and back such a project. We were all happy to have met at this time.

You started developing these new platforms with the scripts you had us purchase. We were to fund all costs of developing this new platform, in return you were to share some of your expertise and knowledge with us.

This is exactly what we started to do with you. As we were very new to this industry and you were to help us with questions etc. Other people have also done this for us so and we are very grateful for this, yet they have not demanded domains or monetary payouts. All of the people to date that we have met have been very kind and open to share ideas This has been a great experience with this being the only blemish.

Yes you were very helpful at times when we had basic questions of where to register names and you also assisted us in ideas of what names to buy at times, although we made the final decision on what we purchased out of the lists you made available to us and the lists that registrars have sent us, Why do you now have claim to the domains we registered.

As on many occasions we did not go ahead with your suggestions and instead registered domains that others suggested.....and that’s exactly what they were....suggestions from you and others, if you wanted them why didn’t you go ahead and register them for yourself, as we were registering hundreds and hundreds of other names of our own choosing and ones that others in the industry where kind enough to give us ideas on.

You don’t see the domain companies who sent us lists of domains now asking for the domains we purchased. Just today another list of available mobi domains was sent to us from a very large domain company. We will pick and choose what we want and register those although I don’t expect the likes of this company to come back to us in a few months and say they want those domains back because they sent us a list it was up to us if we wanted to register them.

There are heaps of people who provide lists on these boards, You don’t see them going back to the people who take the opportunity and register what is there at the time. This does not make sense. sure sometimes donations are made, although we were funding the scripts and other things you were building. So I feel we also gave you opportunity - this seems fair us. We put not only our time, but our money into this also. You only risked time. And from the beginning you knew this was the deal.

You even stated it at one time saying you were fortunate enough because you have your own business that you can take risks like this as sometimes the rewards can be great. But if it doesn’t work then time is only lost. you were fortunate as we funded every last thing.

Also John you decided to put some of your domains into a pool with what we purchased and we were to sell these names together under the new programs that you were developing and we were paying for. Then suddenly a few weeks ago when you needed money and you took your domains out and started to sell your own domains to raise funds for your personal problems. You did not even tell us of this at first. We trusted you with our passwords and usernames as you needed access to certain things.

At this point we took our working with you to be over as there was now no asset input from you plus you were very erratic with your behavior and this worried us as we had invested quite a bit for us into this project so far. We accepted that the time we had also put in was lost. But that is business, we did not come running to you demanding that you cover our time. Did we.

You purchased with our money several other scripts that would compliment these environments you were to develop, yet nothing is up and finalized. You have the scripts in your possession you have not even given these back. These are ours we paid for them. They were licensed to our company.

It was just a matter of time before we completed things although you had no time now to finish what was stared. As your personal issues now demanded your undivided attention. So the deal was broken and we all lost our time we put in.

It was a shame your personal financial situation made it so you could not continue to work with us. As the end goal would have been worth the effort. There are other people involved in this and we are all waiting on finished products which we will now have to outsource which is what we suggested to you from the start so as to get to a point a lot quicker. You insisted that you had the knowledge and expertise to get this all running, and whatever you asked for we paid for. We never hesitated on your requests for the scripts or accounts that you needed in order to get this project finished. We all played a role in doing what was needed.

So I ask you why.....John, do you now feel that you have been hard done by. If you had stuck by things and finished what you started then we could have all made some money in the end. We did not complain when you wanted to take your domains and go, but we were not going to let you take our domains that we had purchased, no matter if you had advised these domains or not. They are ours and that is final, and we can do with them what we want. It was your choice to stop doing what you had started not ours.

You neglected to mention that we made personal offers to lend you money, nothing to do with any business, we just wanted to help you from your unfortunate situation as you sounded desperate. You did not take these generous offers as you said you would raise the money by selling your own domains.

You have also neglected to mention that your primary role was to set up the scripts in order to have a platform to sell and buy domains from. You purchased a few scripts with our money which are now useless to us as we know nothing about them. I am sure we will find someone or pay someone to complete what you started.

Also you started other things that we paid for like headers for domains etc, as we were also going to do something with SEO
which we know nothing about but we paid whoever you wanted us to.

Now we are left with half of allot of things. But that is our problem we are not complaining as that is part of doing business when things don’t work out, as long as we knew the risks from the start and we did. and so did you.

You have requested 34 domains from us in your latest settlement offer, why this number I don’t understand, although we ask
ourselves what are we settling, when we also lost out on our time, what are you going to offer us, so again we are unsure as to why you even would ask for this. If you request 34 names, why list 675+ domains. Also we have bought over a thousand names since working with you, why are you not laying claim to those as well.

Can you explain why you would access and use our money from our sub account to register a domain, for yourself, even after you have stopped working with us. As this is an unauthorized use of our funds. And we would not have known about this if we had not accounted for every cent correctly that’s why there are systems in place which On many occasions we have asked you to adhere to.

If you were going to return the funds you would have by now. On many occasions you acted alone and without consultation with the company. This caused untold delays and numerous problems. Although money was always returned to us except on the one occasion above. Your honesty is not at question here, we are just wondering why you would do this without asking and especially when you want nothing to do with us.

We have contacted the registrar in question and they have told us that you are not allowed to access our funds in the sub account of your name mogul account. What would your other clients think if you used their funds when you need them.

We have put the funds there for the sole use of purchasing domains for our company. This is not for your use, But if you had asked I am sure we would have lent you the money as we have offered all along to help you out of your unfortunate position of being without a penny.

You have since advised us that you have discounted allot of your domains and you are getting some of your problems sorted out. We are very happy for you although we don’t wish to be your golden goose. You may not help yourself to our domains. We actually at one point even offered you a few so you could get yourself out of trouble, not for a settlement but to help you. You kindly told us to GO F@#K OURSELVES. Since this last statement from you we have not been willing to assist you any further as we see it as only damaging to what we are trying to achieve.

We acknowledge that we wanted to work with you as you did with us, you told us that you were well respected in the industry, which we believed to be true. We still hold the view that you are very good at what you do, but it would seem that your personal financial situation has clouded your thinking resulting in the situation that we now find ourselves in.

This was a situation where we all came to the table with each contributing time to the project, nothing more was expected from you. Unfortunately, the project did not get off the ground due to all sorts of reasons which puts us where we are today. No one is to blame it was just the way things went and situations that arose on your behalf and from there we decided not to continue with your company.

Why would you need to take this matter to an open forum other than a means of leverage due to there being no other reasons for you trying to lay claim to what is ours. We are not looking for others to back us in what we are saying we are simply stating the facts as you left this open for speculation about our integrity. This is not fair.

This is the only reason we have responded, this is no one else’s business and we are not warning them against you as all our dealings with you have been fine. We have no problems with your integrity. No problems with your company. The only problem has now risen since you have decided to threaten us and our business, and I am sure anyone in our situation would also respond back in a manner that we have.

Should you consider it necessary to continue to attack us in this manner in an open forum or anywhere, we cannot stop you so go right ahead but please make it clear as to what you consider your claim is and don’t just come out and accuse us of unfair trading when we have been nothing but fair.

It may have been better to just stay quiet although we felt that if you wish to say things then we would provide the facts. We don’t believe for one minute that we have taken anything from you as we have paid out thousands of dollars on domains and scripts and labor etc. If you had put money in then we would fairly distribute to you what is rightfully yours.

John you are a desperate man right now and we sympathize with you.

Although please act professionally and discontinue the malicious threats you have been making and also the things that you have been saying about us. As we can with a clear conscious say that we have not said anything bad about you your company or your way that you did business with us. We were just disappointed that you reacted the way you did when you fell into your financial crisis and started to make changes and move domains etc, without first communicating your wishes to us as we were all trying to work together to achieve a common goal.

I would from this point on say to you that we do not have anything to do with your company and any debts that you may incur or have currently. It is unfortunate that it has turned out this way.

Although not all projects work. In saying that we have also had many successful dealings with other people in this industry to date and will continue to do so. We have not wished to cause you any embarrassment here, and you have many years of experience and knowledge that we respect and I am sure others do also. Although we just wanted to state the facts since you decided to once again attack us and our company. We ask you kindly to refrain from this although if you are not able to act professionally and want to continue this childish behavior and wish to take this further please direct all correspondence to our lawyers, details of which I have given you several times. As I don’t believe people are too interested in our squabbles. These areas of the boards are for real problems and to warn of real scams. John Jeffers, Where is the scam here? What has been done to you?

Kind regards

Michael Gilmont
Greg Lasrado
The Webelion Team

Since writing this a few more things have happened. We were not going to post this as we did not want to cause you embarrassment. Although you keep persisting to send us malicious emails accusing us of all sorts of things.

In the statement above it says we are not questioning your honesty and integrity, well now we are, as you have now stolen money from us.

You have now locked us out from our account. You have stolen what funds are there. you say suspended but then reseller club or the authorities would have to do this. Whereas you did it. So no they are not suspended you have stolen them as in your emails to us you have told us we are not getting them back. Also the colorful email saying GFY (GO F@#K YOURSELF) to us with the amount of money you took, I had to giggle, as this must be getting under your skirt if you have resorted to this kind of attack in a business matter.

John, please fight your own battles. Rallying the troops and trying to attack like a gang is ridiculous. You are sending us email after email about our colorful past. What does that have to do with this transaction and please clearly out line what your claim is......

John do some research and just don’t Google people, as anything can be put up on the net. There is like we said two sides to everything and if anyone has been involved in the press at a commercial level or just a target due to the business they are in then they will understand that sometimes what is written and said is not true it is just something that is put there to sensationalize someone, as in life we like to read about colorful people or things. people will always try and put down anyone who does something that is out of the norm, this colloquially is called tall poppy syndrome, if you didn’t already know.

Obviously your dealings in business are limited as you will find over time not every deal is perfect, sometimes things don’t go your way. But unless you have a personal insight to what has gone on or where involved you are only a mug, if you try to comment on it. Rumors are started this way, people make opinions of their own when they don’t know what is going on and you know what they say about opinions. If you have ever been a victim of this then you would know.

After a while you develop thick skin and these sort of opinions and stories just glide right off as when people get to know you they can make up their own opinion.

In saying that we are not going to also say our past is perfect as no one’s is. Not even yours John - but as you stated to us it is, then why are you in court facing possible jail over 2000 dollars owed to your wife. But I don’t judge you in this as things happen, I judge you on the fact that this morning you stole money from us.

That along with the blackmail and malicious comments are the issue at hand.

Why don’t you just let justice take its course, as if we are in the wrong you will be dully compensated don’t you think. Or is your claim so weak that not only do you have to rally others to go against us and waste their valuable time but you have now also make yourself judge and jury. As ResellerClub have denied suspending these funds the say you have done it. The logs are there and will be handed to our lawyers.

Well if you have to brand yourself a thief for the few hundred dollars that was left there then good on you. Buy yourself a good bottle of wine or whatever you want. I will leave it in the hands of our legal people and also the authorities. As I know what has gone on and so will they.

There is no need for us to rally any troops and if I tried to people would laugh as most decent business people just don’t have time for this. Obviously you have done what any desperate man does and tried to tell his story to as many people who will listen so they can say "poor John", "hasn’t he been hard done by". Where as if they had any sense of business they would say grow up and go fight your own battles Or let your legal team deal with it.

I have never in my life met someone so petty that they resort to this kind of tactics in order to prove their case. We have just stated the facts and I really don’t care what others think as it is none of their business and their business is none of mine. So I would never enter into it. If anyone has a problem with anything we have done or will do then I am sure they are strong enough to contact us personally and we can deal with the issue professionally and sensibly.

Dealing like this on a board has to be one of the most cowardly acts, and that is why we have thought twice about posting this. Although we felt that we have been accused of something we have not done and money has now been stolen and passwords changed so we wanted to state the facts here where you have so kindly told people we have ripped you off, but you never said how. Always when making a claim John state the facts.

But then again you said you are going to post it on every board and will make it so we can never do business. Well that’s life. I can only say we will have to live with what you do and so will you but I am sure we will be doing business now and for a long time to come. If people wish not to deal with us for this reason then it is entirely up to them but normally when money is concerned common sense will prevail. We have only joined this business a short while ago and what started out as a hobby has now turned into something we are going to try and earn an income from and provide a service to others as there seems to be things missing in this industry.

John, if you feel you need to keep our money then there is nothing I can do other than to report it. But I would in future be very skeptical about putting funds in any sub account with you as if this is the way you resolve things then that is not right.

Lastly, I have asked you to divert all your correspondence to our legal team which we keep on retainer for our normal day to day business like any other company does. And don’t assume we need lawyers because we are in trouble, lawyers are used for other day to day issues like drawing up contracts, buying business etc. You are yet to contact or send our lawyers anything as I have asked you on many occasions to do this. They have been fully briefed and have contacted the relevant people that need to be notified of what you have done.

Thank you for the experience. But we are not disheartened as we have had many other experiences so far in this industry which we are very new to, hundreds of thousands of dollars have been transacted with not a single problem or the use of escrow or anything. We have met many lovely people who we will continue to work with. And rather than wait for you to resolve this I will let it take its course, as we have other things to do and we are getting on with it. But by the number of emails and points you have brought up with us, you are focusing on this like a mad dog with a bone. Have fun.

I would just like to once more say John, it would be nice if you gave us back our money and let the lawyers deal with this. That is if you think your case will stand up. As I never saw you as a thief, and if your claim is solid why would you take the money. Why not leave it there.

Cheers
The Webelion Team

Thanks for posting your side. Now I assume it's safe for me to post mine. The ramblings of a madman.. I have facts folks this is going to be a long drawn out post. May take months for me to make all of these screenshots.

On 9/21/2006 I was contacted by dnforum user shad0w35 AKA Greg Lasrado regarding a few gambling domain names I had posted for sale. In this post he asked if the names had traffic and if I had any others. I responded back with a batch of around 90 names that I had with traffic and we reached an agreement on those names. Within this agreement Greg informed me he was new to the domain business and noticed I had a list service and he would throw in a few hundred extra if I sent him my lists for a few months and here is the summary of my reply,

"I don't mind giving you tips from time to time and even access to my site but to be honest I'm planning on shutting it down to the public. The objective was to compensate the revenues I would be loosing in giving up all of my secrets but as of yet I haven't even covered the cost of the billing script itself..lol I'll likely keep organizing and storing all of my files there so you can have access but don't get upset if I forget what I'm doing there."

He agreed to the price and the offering of my "tips from time to time " and we finalized the deal. In between time he asked for some sort of instant messenger so he could ask questions from time to time so I gave him my ICQ. We began chatting about the business the very next day on the 09/23 and he had alot of interest aswell as questions. It didn't take long before I could see that this was going to take alot of my time answering questions etc. I could also see that he was going to make alot of "newbie" mistakes due to the names he was sending to me to have a look at and give him my opinion.

As I said I would, I began sending him lists. Also during our conversations I told him while I did make a decent living I didn't have the funding to really do alot of the things I wanted to do. He mention that if I continued to help him he would back me in some things and we would split the profits 50/50. We began discussing various idea I had aswell as some that he had. More or less some of the things he wanted to do I had already done in the past or had considered doing so I already knew the cheapest route to do them.

On the very day we had this discussion I spoke with a friend/business associate who lived in Australia regarding Greg. To put it plain and simple David advised me to "watch my back." I also did some digging of my own and read some of the his history. I mentioned to Greg that I have read up on his past and he stated "don't believe everything you read." I have to admit at this time I was considering not even doing the deal and/or getting caught up in the middle of anything that could turn out like his past business dealings.

This was also during the time of the .mobi landrush. He told me he was ordering them through pool.com which was $79 a year and I informed him of Godaddy offering them at $59. So right there I began to save him money. But there is also alot of great suggestions I made such as ADAPTOR.MOBI, ADAPTORS.MOBI, ARCADEGAME.MOBI, CROSSWORDPUZZLE.MOBI, FREEPIC.MOBI, FREESCREENSAVER.MOBI, PERSONALAD.MOBI, USAMAPS.MOBI, WORLDATLAS.MOBI just to name a few. I spent the better part of that entire night datamining names on this day the 09/27. On the next day I decided to make the first attempt at testing the waters on his offer. I sent over about 15 names I felt would be good sellers down the road. Greg didn't really understand my reasoning behind them all apparently and questioned my reasoning then so I just sent him these 7 and said I would definately get these HANDHELDPC.MOBI, HAWHAW.MOBI, MACADDRESS.MOBI, OPERATINGSYSTEMS.MOBI, TEXTTOSPEECH.MOBI, VOICEBROWSER.MOBI, VOICEXML.MOBI and he agreed he would get them. I then went a registered a few of the others on my own. So at this point we're only 7 names into our still "iffy" agreement.

A few weeks before all of this I had noticed several times in a users signature a name which I wanted more than any name and it was Tennesee.info. When I first saw it in his sig he had it priced at $12,000 and even then I was thinking of how I could come up with or wishing I had $12,000 to get it. On 09/30/2006 Mike AKA Provider was looking to raise some quick cash for a deal he was working on and posted this name along with some other names and stated he was looking for quick sale offers. I PM'ed him and asked him what the minimum was he would take on it and he stated "I wont sell it for less than 5k." I PM'ed him back and asked him if I could get him the funds within the next few days would he sell it for the $5,000 and he informed me he would but he had to have the deal funded by the following Friday. This was on Saturday night.

Which leads us to what I think we would both agree as the deciding factor on us going forward with our partnership agreement. I thought about it and I figured I would put Greg to the test on everything he said he would do. More or less if he agreed to getting this name I would go forward with working with him and devoting my time and experience in his new business venture. I sent over a IM to Greg and told him about the name and if he would purchase it I would take care of all of his ideas and make sure he didn't buy into any bad deals etc. More or less a complete partnership. He brought the money to the table and I brought the experience. At first he was leary of doing it not knowing even what "Tennessee" was and even pointed to several off the wall extensions that were available. I sent him an email over stating this was a very good deal and those available extensions in no way even came close to comparing to this one especially with me being a big .info buyer/seller. In this email I told Greg if he bought the name I would turn over all of my non local related names to the business aslong as it was agreed that I got the name. Greg eventually emailed me back and said if I really wanted the names he would do the deal. I posted sold on the name that night and told Mike I would get with him the next day regarding payment.

The next day rolls around and Greg wanted to know which names I thought were also good deals that mike had. I pointed out about 4-5 but I really liked the price on las-vegas.info. Greg asked me to see how much we could get it for included on the deal so it would soften the blow on tennessee.info deal. I thought it to be a good idea so I made an offer to MIke of $7,000 for Tennessee.info and las-vegas.info and Mike agreed. Greg wanted to make payment via epassporte because he had the funds there readily available. Mike was worried that if he went that route he wouldn't get the money in time enough to close the deal he wanted to do so he wanted to do it via some other form. I decided to go the escrow route because the payment could be made via multiple forms so it would give Greg several ways to pay. I initiated the escrow agreement via Moniker.com that day. Greg said he would get it taken care of it and this was on Sunday 10/01.

Monday I traveled back home from a weekend visit with my son out of town and got back to work on some of the things Greg and I had discussed. On Tuesday 10/03 I PM'ed Mike and asked if everything was ok on his end. He stated he received an email from moniker that the escrow was in the works so he thought all was well and it also settled my mind. I continued on with doing things for Greg. Most of which was moving thousands of names from one parking program to another (4-5 different ones over the course of a month.) and adding them to the various brokerage sites such as sedo and afternic. Doing my lists, merging our portfolios and answering Gregs questions. Basicly spending every waken hour on doing this that or the other for all of this but I felt I was working for something that I really wanted which was tennessee.info. All the while thinking Greg was taking care of funding it. On that day 10/03 I began to register names I had in my "to be registered lists." This is a list of names I continually update of good avilable names and when I have extra money I pick out the best that are still available to register and resell. I had actually been holding out on these names until I felt more comfortable with our arrangement and his commitment on tennessee.info gave me the reassurance I needed to give them up. At first I registered these names at fabulous

And I also told Greg we should get 50 backorders at Godaddy to catch some cheap drops with those. He ok'ed it and I requested Randy at GD place the order on the 4th and at the same time because I didn't have access to the account that he place some backorders for us which resulted in the first three catches below but ultimately resulted in all of the following

A few more days go by and on the 6th when Mike said he needed his money he emailed me saying Moniker has said they hadn't received payment on the escrow. I told Mike:

"I've been buried in his portfolio/sites so Greg said he would talk with you regarding the deal. The problem is he only has $4000ish in the paypal and it takes awhile for him to get more in. There's plenty in epass if we can do a split. Monte knows Greg, the funds are there, Greg told me he waned to discuss other names. We'll take care of Monte/Moniker in fact Greg just talked with him regarding it if we need to pull it out of escrow. If you can email him at Greg@ or ICQ 17-...-... He's expecting your email/PM either way we'll get it taken care of."

Which is exactly what I was told by Greg. I messaged Greg again via PM as I had done several times that week to make sure it was getting handled, mentioned I gave Mike his information and again he said he would take care of it. I let it go and get back to work on various datamining, registering, moving, etc. On 10-11 Mike PM's me again saying :

"Hi,

Greg is not answering my mails for 2 days. Could you guys sort out the the payment today? I am in the big trouble and letting down other people because I am relying on you to make a pyament on time. If the payment is done please ignore this email .
Mike"

and here is my response:

"Yeah I'm sorry about it all it's been a long past week. I wish we would have went the epass route from the start if nothing else him sending it to me and me transferring it to my bank and sending to you.

We had abit of a heated discussion regarding that early this morn as I made a huge sacrifice for the deal to happen aswell. He told me he made the payment yesterday but whether he did or not I can't honestly say. He's asleep right now but I will ask him again when he gets up letting him know you have PM'ed me.

He has the money so I'm quite perplexed as to why he hasn't settled on it myself and he also understands both names are a deal. He now also understands that if I don't get the name his leap into this business will come to a screeching halt if he doesn't work it out one way or another. I'll let you know what he has to say when he gets up.

John"

His response to the above:

"Hi John,

Thanks for update. If Greg said he paid for it that means he did it probably, so that makes things easier.
Regarding epass: The problem is that if he has money on his epass and he as a customer experiences so many problems and delays with the payment i would only imagine how many problems I could have had with it. I don't think for people in norht america this is a good payment options, but I might be mistaken.
In any case I don't want you guys to argue, if in case it turns out that he still didn't pay for the names please ask when it is going to be made finally,

regards,

Mike"

My reply to the above:

"Nah the problem with using epass outside of it via the cards is there's a transaction limit. Mine is $500 but I would say his is likely $1000 for upgraded accounts. But yeah he's not looking to start things off on the wrong foot. We have both been busy as hell and I know he is more than I as he deals with his other business ventures. I'm just handling the domain business side of things and have alot on my plate with just that.

John"

His reply:

"Hi John, thanks for info. Keep me update please

Mike"

Once again Greg has promised he would get it taken care of, appoligizes to me and says he thought it was handled by Michael. . By now I can see where this is going but I'm regretfully continuing on.

During the few weeks into this we both had the same vision. One of those was webelion.com. I'm not going to go into details on it just yet but the easiest route was a script which cost $700. The other was a domain registry. Which again due to my experience I thought the best route was AWBS $130. Another project we both wanted to do was mini-sites. for all of our names rather than parking. I had a good cheap deisnger who would do headres for us at $10 each and my local coder was going to develop a simple to modify script so basicly all we had to do was change the keywords in one place, add the headers, and change the colors to mathc each header. Between all of this in addition to assisting Greg in his learnings and ontop of the datamining, moving and organizing names, etc it was all becomng a logistical nightmare for me. In addition to the workload there were many issues we ran into over the coming weeks which delayed those projects most of which I had no control over. Basicly waiting on other people to do their work.

During this week I received and email stating pool had a good selection of lll .mobis going for auction and ending around 10/10-10/11 I told Greg there were some good combinations in the list and we should drop atleast a few of those in the account and see what they go for in the end we ended up with these names

uhf.mobi
cig.mobi
gcc.mobi
gus.mobi
jjc.mobi
kcc.mobi
lcc.mobi
svc.mobi

On the 13th it became public knowledge that the lll .mobi's were disappearing rather quickly. I told Greg about the llls and we should get atleast some of them before they are gone. I had an old account at resellerclub where we could register .mobi's for $17 for the two years. He agreed to funding the account and I began picking off good combinations. He funded the accout with $500 and I registered up those funds rather quickly and I requested that he add more so we could get more before they are all gone so we added another $600 and I registered abot $400 worth more and Greg began to question my decision making there so i quit doing them. I had some cash on hand myself and considered registering some on my own but decided against it because i felt it would be a conflict of interest for one but I also had no idea even at this point of when I was going to start making any money out of all of this. Here are the list of names I datmined and registered there over the course of time.
