regarding multiple usernames is a no no on most decent forums Im a member of because I will be banned by forum admins, it can't be done, however if you own the said forums and you permit me to create multiple username accounts I can do that no problem. fyi: I have about 50+ email accounts from different web-based providers. setting up forum sigs... will keep you updated on the forum to links of my forum account.

weblord, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
he offers me modship (thought my modship was free) and then bans me, what weird sense of humor and Im not laughing.

he's not holding it actually i thought it was a smooth transaction and i was dealing with a good person, but after I delivered all of my services as you can see on the dates of delivery as published he waited for a time and then asks for a refund, of course little old clickbank honors all refund requests and we (merchant) shoulder all expenses/taxes that is understandable when dealing with a pissed off client but in this case I delivered what he paid for in less than 2 hours

it's my loss.

his country of doing business is not on bbb.org i dont know where to post him all i want is what I did for him the money U.S.$70.50. Im giving you Brian Turner 72 hours or 3 days if you won't explain yourself how you treat your sellers/suppliers on the internet and not return my money for my work for you I will post you on 1,500+ forums as I have forum poster the one that I made. you and your company will be the laughing stock of all forum members.

When reporting on bbb.org mark it as United Kingdom as scotland is a part of it.

The only people here in Scotland I could think of that you could report it too is the regular authorities but to be honest they probably will not do a great deal about it. If you do decide to report i to the police you would most likely report it to his local division. The website for his local police is http://www.centralscotland.police.uk/

You dont have a chance in hell...

What you have here is a dispute of services aka a civil matter that should be brought before a civil court.. The police cannot and will not get involved unless there is a substantial amount involved and is a 'clear' scam. You losing $70 in a contract dispute will probably have given the police a laugh, but nothing else.

And should you wish to take the matter before a "small claims court" or (sheriffs court in Scotland) then visit here and file the appropriate forms. You will have to appear in person should the respondent choose to dispute your claim, so.....

Sorry to appear so stark, but i do smile when i read on forums that "this guy did this to me and cost me $$, im reporting him to the FBI and his local police" when, the world over, no police force has either the power or interest in which to do something about it..

your retribution is probably better in what you are doing concurrently hounding him across the net - or give up and put it down to experience...

Autism Protect Our Planet
The damage has been done and I still need to do this to the np community a favor by exposing the man and the company and also I emailed my merchant account provider for this forum posts so they will be knowledgeable and gather enough proof and am giving the benefit of the doubt for the man to reply or make straight his side ( as people are not yet knowledgeable on both sides of the coin) but if he chooses to close all communications then clickbank will know and block his credit card ( at the least ) to avoid future purchases from 10,000+ products/members of clickbank as well. So this is the purpose of this posting.

This is not just a common "cry with me" posts as you can see. I've laid down all my cards on the table waiting for the other man to do the same if not then he's deserving of all bad comments posted here. And believe me bad rep on internet really flies.

P.S. This ain't hell yet, this is NamePros

this character started to post on his forum i was able to read it via proxy:

that's not me, he charged back that's why im posting all i want is my money back that's all but that's not me.

I, Brian is an unknown quantity at this point

Its an interesting thread, and it's sad to see it - but simply continues to validate my original position that we simply have a disgruntled ex-member seeking to create as much trouble as possible.

Without 10 minutes of weblord reading a PM on Tech Watch, warning that he was spamming the forums and that his ads had been removed, Techwatch was suddenly:

1. Signed up to a few hundred email lists with the username "DICK SUCKER",
2. Used in a mass email spamming campaign, which happened to claim Tech Watch was hacking forums
3. Signed up to hundreds of FFA sites
4. Mass submitted to directories claiming Tech Watch was "No.1 for hacked domains".

I don't believe in co-incidences, especially when weblord was:

i. the only disgruntled member of Techwatch,
ii. the events happened within minutes of him reading his warning PM,
iii. he actively promotes some of the services Tech Watch was signed up to.

It was only after clearing my inbox of crap I'd been signed to that I contacted clickbank, and feel more than justified in having done so.

What I absolutely will not tolerate is taking someone on for services, only for them to turn around and launch an attack on my sites, my business, and my otherwise good name.

edpudol, it's disappointing to read your comments, because I've done business with you at DP and you should know yourself there have been no problems with the transactions.

As for this warning on Namepros - I knew I'd see this happen, and I expect I'll find the same on multiple forums. Which all underlines that my orginal position was and continues to be justified.

Funny, i find this complete bullshit. Withen a few minutes he did all of that? Must take more then a few minutes to sign up to 'hundreds of email lists', 'hundreds of FFA sites' not including the other things you said he did.

I guess scammers will say anything :/ Its a shame, i feel sorry for your forum members, under a scamming admin.

You knew the warning on namepros was going to happen? You should have, i mean, why would someone not warn others when they have been scammed?

I've replied on the thread in question, and so far as I'm concerned, I'm blameless.

Please note my concerns posted on that thread, and that I will ensure that I will repeat my position wherever you accuse otherwise.

You may find any campaign to generate negative publicity about TechWatch simply rebounds on your own company, as doubts will inevitably arise also against your own business services, and your character and standing with it.

If that's what you want to do, then there's nothing I can do to stop that.

However, if you would like to discuss the issue by PM then you're welcome to.

he's confusing me with all those posts? i've known his email because it's in clickbank remember? you used that email to pay me and when you refunded after a month's delivery of services to you, you used that email again so I made investigations on you funny your domain has been registered to "UK Individual" what is that? lol you're private whois protection service? and you publish your company's name on your site and a photo so I grabbed that.

Please don't post unrelated things here Im not the one who did that to you maybe another person you've stolen money from lol. So let's get back to the topic at hand, pay me my money i've worked for it. Payment will no longer via paypal for you might do your tricks again. Pay me via namepros bucks (much stable). or via egold.

here's the link to his profile here:
http://www.namepros.com/members/21572.html

you've managed to scam 2 members already I wonder why you're not banned, me and edpudol. he's also launching some disgruntled posts on many various forums in our language. So you feel you're untouchable? you even posted on digitalpoint on general chat about me spamming you? before launching an accusation attack on somebody pls. pay first (friendly reminder)
negative rep to you. i hope i get my money back.

Brian, my 2 cents:

The question remains: did he or did he not deliver the services you paid for? Because that should be the basis of your chargeback, not his alleged subsequent actions on your forum. If weblord delivered his service, then subsequently attacked your website, then the correct action on your part would have been to complain either to the police or his ISP, with proof in hand.

I, Brian is an unknown quantity at this point

Just to clarify a few points above:

sb225 - no, Techwatch didn't send spam emails - spam emails were sent out, spoofing Techwatch as the sender, and announcing that Techwatch hacked forums.

killaklown - you're right, I wasn't clear - the process of being signed up to hundreds of email lists began within ten minutes, and continued periodically over the following 8 hours.

weblord - Sorry to hear you weren't online on the 21st-22nd June, but the attacks happened on June 20th.

The Techwatch email was also only available to forum members, isn't available online, and was never used in the Clickbank receipts as your pastes clearly show.

I also PM'ed you to see if you wanted to resolve this matter privately. Instead you continue to make false claims in public about "scamming" other people - edpudol has never received a failed payment from myself, nor has any other member here I've done business with.

Anyway, interesting to see the Britecorp email now spoofed in a mass email spamming campaign via the same IP as before.

At the end of the day, I paid for basic posting services to a new forum, but ended up with the site being attacked. Maybe some people here would consider that a good business purchase - I don't.

I feel justified in having issued a chargeback, but I have to make a business decision now, and it's this:

I don't want to have to waste time dealing with weblord's continued attacks. I've therefore paid the $70 via Clickbank. This is a goodwill payment. I expect this to be the end of the matter.

If not, I need to impress on you with the seriousness with which I will treat any further malicious actions - about my person, sites, and business - either by yourself or third-parties. If anyone makes it worth my while to pursue this matter further, I will use any such options available to me.

Admin/Mods please wait 12 weeks for refund policy of clickbank http://www.clickbank.com/returnpolicyfaq.html
this character might repeat the same trick. And if ever he never issues a refund on this payment, he might issue a chargeback so Im all at risk. I've already requested refund and clickbank will notify me via email when it's done. thanks again for all the help.

Brian:
I've requested refunds from clickbank... refund request sent
within 2 to 5 days CB's refund policies. when i get notified, I'll post here and you will surely know it for clickbank will send 2 copies of it one for you and one for me.
you're gonna pay me 3,525NP$
I don't trust you anymore on creditcard/paypal purchases after your scam me esp. on your email address and credit card. Sure you're gonna be ban on clickbank, that's consequences of what you've done, that is out of my control already.

you have to buy your np$ here:
http://www.namepros.com/npexchange.php
you don't pay and you give threats?? what a normal sane person would do is pay their debts and apologize.

A word of advise: maybe you need to change your character in dealing with people esp. in business, obviously it's not me, you only have ip address on record because im a member of your forum and that's it.

lol you are really sick.. i make it straight for you so you can see clearly. You made this decision to pay me because I delivered my services promptly and accurately c/w reports. It's not the other way around, don't try to make it appear that Im very grateful to you because I got your business, oh no not so much. Goodwill? What do you know about your goodwill? Having a character like this that you are very interested in this post is something wrong with you this is your bad/negative rep we're talking about and you're very interested on it. Something's wrong with the picture. Maybe your skin is like the crocodiles because you manage to speak lies proudly even if 2 members here already said you're a bad deal? Are you an escape artist? Seems to me like you're the kind of man. negative rep to you again. negative tr too.

weblord, the payment was made via your previous link for $60 + $10.50 tax.

This will not be charged back under any circumstance. As stated, if I have further dispute I will address them via proper channels as per armstrong's comments.

Your money is quite safe whether you trust me or not. As before, I'm done with this matter, it's closed, and I'm moving on.

In the meantime, I'll wish everyone all the best and hopefully not have to return to NP's for quite some time.
