I dont have time to keep up with my site anymore so its time for it to go.
This is a popular social networking site for bikers and those who love motorcycles.

Its called BLACKTOP BIKERS

The domain alone has been appraised between $7000 - $9,000

This site is very easy to run and you have the ability to change anything you want on it. Editing the site is as simple as point and click.

There are currently 124 Members and new people joining everyday.

Revenue is generated through ads on the site and you can change those to anything you want.

Buyer will automatically be setup as the site owner/admin as soon as payment goes through. Then you will have the ability to change it as you want but my advice is just take it over and promote it well and let the adspace bring in money for you.

Thats why the site database is not being sold, its a Takeover, just as the title says. You dont own the script you just become the Admin/owner of the site, customize it how you wish and get to collect the income the ads bring you plus you get a top ranked Domain name that could be sold by itself but I thought it would be better as a package. Even if you didn't want the site you would own the domain so you could do as you wish with it.
