A new report released by Javelin Strategy & Research closely examines the recent growth of person-to-person lending (P2P) and reveals its primary users, their motivations and the potential impact on banks. Most important question is what are the legalities of running a site like this? This is not as simple as something like a paypal clone. There are banking and finance issues here. I notice you dont have anything on the site that says how the site works.

I am guessing you have modeled this after sites like prosper and lending club. But its not so cut and dry. With the companies I just mentioned, people fund the loan, then the company issues it.
