The script appears to be a lightly modified version of PHProxy, it's even using the same form names. Can you confirm that the script is unique?

What are the full and reseller rights for? The logo? Also, it's against WhiteFyre's license agreement to remove the copyright notice from PHProxy. It's also highly unethical as you are using and selling the script at no charge to him.

Account suspended due the site being sold.

I am not quite selling the script as much as the whole package. It includes the PSD, The script intergrated into the PSD (Major part of the coding), and not to mention the domains. You are buying the brandable name not really the script. The script is installed for a live demo which can be easily installed onto someone elses server to start making money off this site.

Right and Reseller rights include the PSD and Domains. You are overlooking the package. The script isn't the most important thing here. Nowhere in my post does it state that the Script is unique or even really being sold. I mainly advertise the Domains, PSD, and the site being coded.
