Uncondoned Feedback


Someone left me feedback that is inappropriate, and was not called for. I merely pointed out the fact that BrianFast has no resell rights and is selling the templates illegally. I never bought/sold/traded anything with him. First he sends me a few harrassing PM's. Now he is leaving feedback, saying negative things, yet I never bought/sold/traded with him, and he is just mad I pointed out the facts. I have tried contacting an admin, but with no avail. I am an honest member, and it bugs me that I have negative feedback. What can I do?

Did you contact the admin and they responded or they didnt respond?
Im gussing they didnt get a chance to yet but once they will they will take care of the situation.

I contacted one about three days ago, but with no response. It is just getting extremely annoying. He sends me these very immature PM's, calling my a "noob-ass" and a "complete jerk" just because I questioned the fact if he was allowed to resell template monster templates. He didn't answer me, called me a complete noob. I never said that he was doing something wrong, I just questioned the matter. That somehow hurt his sales. Ever since then it is like he has started a personal attack on me. It isn't threatening, I mean for God sake he probably hasn't hit puberty yet. It is just annoying, especially when he tries to attack my business through feedback for no reason.

Hmm. You posted in PM-to-Staff at "Today, 01:12 AM". Then you posted this thread in the Break Room at "Today, 01:17 AM". So after five minutes of waiting for a reply, you decide that your note to admin is to no avail? How reasonable is that?

I fixed your problem at "Today, 01:26 AM", or 14 minutes after your post. Most paid forums can't resolve problems that fast, and NP is free.

That was regarding the PM's? We are handling the issue via PM with brian. Note that PM's are private communication, which you can safely ignore if it bothers you.

BTW - I verified the Templates BrianFast had for sale .... Because he is one of the only Folks to Provide proof for these sales so Far ~ and I had One of the Staff go over my Verification as well ....

Guess What ? He was Completely 100% Legitimate - He does Have Full Resell rights ...

- My point is : If you see something that seems it may not be Legit ....
Use the "Report Thread/Post" Button instead of Crashing the Persons Thread.

Completely agreed...Plus 5 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time before publically posting this...NP staff deserves at least a day if not more to handle this, before you go public!
