In the points system is it possible to have every registered user start with a certain amount? above 0

Is there anyone here who is advanced in phpbb and working and editing mods?

Well are you using cash mod? If this is for your testers you could just do it manually.

fixed it anyways, just had to change default value in phpmyadmin
