I don't know the particulars, but that guy might be looking at some time IMO... the robber was down and probably out already. Shooting twice more was probably gonna be frowned on.

Yeah, those last two shots (ala "cudegra" (sp)) could very well end the store clerk in jail. Not too bright on his part.

EDIT: I do see the gun still in the bad guys hand even while he's down so a 2nd/3rd shot might have been in order. I'm wondering too if this is a real life incident.

I doubt if it was acted out.

I wonder how many store clerks carry guns.

I doubt he'll do any time,But just because the man still has the gun in his hand does'nt justify by law blowing off 2 or 3 more rounds in him.The suspect took a head shot,He was done. But i think a grandjury would look at is if the clerk where still in imenent life threating danger because of the suspects violent out break.

From what I saw, the Robber fired first which is important since puts the clerk in probable danger. When the clerk returns and shoots him the second time, the robber was still moving an appeared to me he had tried to reutnr his gun to shoot the clerk.

Third shot was just right after second. Clerk should be fine, althrough given as how the robber was willing to shoot so readily I'm suprised he didnt just hand the money over.
