    | paypal - limited access - me hi Date: 5th April Time: 5.30 IST[indian standard time] I checked my paypal account. I found that they have limited access. I became angry!  "Why they did so!". I also got their email, as metntioned below..
1. Fax documents # Paypal Cover Sheet # Address Proff 2. Password change 3. Security Answer change I was able to resolved last two option right that time so i changed them. I clicked on first option then I derived to "Paypal Cover sheet" page, where your paypal case id regarding this issue and also id of fax. and phone no, email, and comment box was there. I have to fax this page and also my identity proof. I printed this page. Suddently I found that I have not residance proof of current house because we have recently transffered. Only proof I had was "Election Card" but the problem was there, was they dont print flat no. like "A3" "A5" but they give no in numuric in serial in whole city like "456-34". I got confused and very scary.. But thought lets send it to them ... I faxed documents.. total charge 50rs. [about $1.2]. You dont believe I got replay from them in 1 and half hours yes i am speaking truth below is their email.
9.30 pm IST I thought lets call to paypal directly!. I purchased a calling card. I got 25mins in card. I dialed number. I got recorded voice, asked for my telephone no, from where i am speaking, my email address. Then he asked me, regarding what i am speaking about [1] account [2] dispute resolution, I said "Dispute resolution" I got waiting tone.. and advertisements of paypal till 16 mins.. then I got hold of Mr Petter [ If i heard properly as there was lots noise]. He asked me again my email, phone no, country code, where i am speaking from. I asked him, "i have only residence proof is in regional language, can you accept it?" He says "Sure, Why not? We have people here. Who can read it understand it! 10.30 pm IST I went to send fax. again paid 45rs. [$1] charge. I came home. Praied to God. "Please help me!" I was 100% sure, my account will be restored!!  I waited for their replay till 12.15pm. No answer! I went to bed, praing to God!6th April Time: 10.30 AM I woke up! staight went to computer! started computer.. [heart was breathing so much that i can heard the sound!!] I checked email and i got following email...  
Who says paypal has bad support! I dont think so! Regards | ||||||||||||||||

           | Well, you're damn lucky it worked out for you... Most of the time, it takes much more delays, issues and phone calls to just resolve a small issue. PayPal should change it's policy more to handle customers better, and not keep the money themselves |

  | I heard about a number of other people having the same issue. Its good on one hand that they try to keep it secure, but on the other, they don't ALWAYS have good customer support. Glad it worked out Ravi  !True_Snake

 | That's not an issue. Once you get it done you have a verified account and you can happily enjoy PayPal. BTW, they refund these money they take. And when they charged you $1.2, they needed a proof that you have access to that bank account. If you do, you can track that they took $1.2, not $1.7 or $0.8 |
