![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Firefox takes http:// away? - I was thinking there was something broken or I was losing my mind LOL I noticed the http:// in my address bar was missing, and only the actual domain name was black, the rest of the address was grey. I googled it ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/the-break-room/732495-firefox-takes-http-away.html requires me to make a change in order to have the http:// protocol back and to take the grey away and make it all black, like normal So if you have been thinking the same thing but were afraid to ask - that's all it is ![]() |

They are trying to make it easier to identify the site you are actually visiting. Regarding the http being removed. Not sure why they have done this. Maybe they deem it less relevant. Most traffic you get through a browser is http or https anyway.
