I got about 32 domains and 7 sites. I keep making sites with my domains to sell but when I make one, I generally make more in adsense then I would get to sell it. So I am just hanging on to them for now.

It's actually not that hard. I only have a few accounts with a few registrars, which helps. I have a database with a list of all the names and scripts of managing DNS, Changing parking, migrating web sites and mail exchanges, etc.
