Economy Hitting Everyone

Is the drop the in Economy hurting you? well for me it is. Live in California.

I quit my job to go back to school, and have had the hardest time trying to live because of how expensive it is out here. I tried to keep domaining as a side job to make some cash but so far it has been very ineffective.

Does anyone know when things will start to get better? if there is anything to hope for in the near future with the economy or is it just going to get worse with the Job and Housing loss?

(ps.. I am in the Inland Empire, CA if anyone knows of any jobs) lol

I thought about going back to my previous employer "Stater Bros" but the reason I quit was because they would not bring me from working graveyard shifts to day shifts. Main reason was because I was a hard worker and they didn't want to lose me and have to promote someone to my job that was not good enough. Do you think it would be worth contacting them about getting my job back?

Who knows when and if the economy will get better.
I think that if your previous employer is a possibility then you better try.
We all are making sacrifices today.
Union Negotiated Contracts are getting thrown out the window.
People are getting creative in their new ways of living.
To have a decent job (graveyard shift or not) is awesome today.

Swallow your pride, and call them up.
Do what you have to do to keep your house, support your family, pay your bills, etc.
Times are different now. The graveyard shift is better then unemployment.

I sincerely wish you the best of luck!!!

It was hard trying to go to school and working graveyard shifts. I dropped out 2 semesters because I was missing classes due to my job, or not being able to get the homework done in the time I had available. So in all honesty I thought I could find another day job, even minimum wage. I was making a minimum of at least $500 online a month and even with that I was able to survive with my dad paying the rent, but now his job isn't doing so well and the internet is getting worse and worse for domain sales.

Trust me I almost wish I could have my job back, but I really do want to go to school.
