Wordpress. Its very easy to :
1. custom themes.
2. custom plugins
3. custom development.

In case you need to build any web development, Wordpress and Joomla can do that.

Rep if its worthed to you

I prefer Joomla. It has a wide range of plug-ins. I think both Joomla and Wordpress have similar plug-ins that do the same things, but I'm more familiar with Joomla. My favorite thing is the plug-in that automatically adds new pages to the stiemap. As long as the sitemap is submitted to Google your content will be found easily.

I love Wordpress because of its simplicity. It is also a great CMS for SEO purpose.

If ease to setup and use is the main goal, I'd go for Wordpress myself.

I came to know that the template making is the hardest part of Joomla.
Do all mentioned cms systems work with such a template system?

I admit I've never tried the other CMS mentioned, but use Wordpress almost exclusively..

I think Wordpress is the eaiest one , especially for the beginners, and as for Joomla, I like it for some additional free or paid extentions that give more possibilities
