Well when your getting sued every other second. You start getting paranoid. I worked for wal-mart and I hate them with a passion and I told them where they could put there smile face when I left . But in two years of working there, 5 people "slipped" and fell and They were suing them before they even hit the floor. Ok 5 people don't sound like a lot but I live in a town of less than 3,000 people.

I agree with a lot of the comments made in the story. The firm/person that got to type up that agreement made a killing. However, in our very sue-happy generation (and Wal-Mart always ending up at the front of that line it seems), this is what it has come to. It's kind of a sad statement that 140 characters could get you in that much trouble...

Social Media in general is just another avenue through which people can attack others, for legitimate reasons or not. That's just the bad that comes with the good.
