My life really sucks. I broke my glasses messing around with my 5 year old nephew. We was sitting here watching TV and I reached over and poked him in the side and he got up and jumped on me well when he did my glasses went flying and busted. I need $100+/- for a new pair. No idea what Ill do until I raise that much.
Yeah they suck. I hate them but have had them most of my life. What I hate is when I goto theme parks to ride rides, like rollercoasters... when I ride I have to take them off and miss all the sites LOL
That's unfortunate,not being able to see is no fun.No medical plan that pays for glasses?Can your parents help you out?You could try selling your NP$ to get you started.....keep us posted as how you are making out.
I have to wear glasses, only for reading though, but always forget.

Wow, that sucks! My brother got a good deal on his glasses. He can break them 12 times and get them replaced with new ones (this offer ends within 1 year from purchase).
Wow, great offer... there's nothing similar available over here... my brother would be happy if there was... he breaks about 5-6 pairs each year, especially at school, when playing soccer (he's a goalkeeper - rather funny )
I got these glasses over 3 or 4 years ago. I am usually VERY careful.
The state wont help me I already tried back when I was without a job. I had a badly infected tooth (face swelled up big time) and when I tried to get medical they said they couldnt help me since I was male.
No way my eyes are real sensitive.. an eyelash closes the eye tight and I have to pull the lids open to remove it... I had something in my eye for 2 days once.. couldnt find it because it was up under the top eyelid... went to the doc and he took a look and I jerked away and he yelled at me... told him I couldnt help it.. and when he put the light near my eye he really coukdnt get it open LOL
Dont ask me thats what the lady said. The only way they could help me was $108 in food stamps.
At the time I was jobless and had just ran out of unemployment. I woke up one morning with a toothach and a swolen face. I called my dentist and he refused to see me unless I had cash or another way to pay. I went to the walfare office to try and see if I could get temp help and they said they could only give me food stamps. I asked why and they gave me a run around but finally said it was because I was a male with no kids. If i was female or had kids they could hel;p me.
I finally went to the hospital and they gave me antibiotics through an IV and told me to go see my dentisit asap.
