You can download the trial for Paint Shop Pro 9, Photoshop 7, ect.
Or you could use Paint (Default program with window computers).
If you use paint, look at the tool bar on the left, there should be a marqute (Maybe spelt wrong) tool, it looks like a dotted rectangle.
Click that, drag that over the picture you would like to crop and where... Then when you have done that, right click over the rectangle and click copy.... Open the program back up again, right click on the white and hit "paste". Save the image. and
