A quick ?

Hey

I had somone make me a php/mysql site

Now i have all the .php files and .sql files, but what do i have to do to set up the .sql databases? do i have to create blank ones of certain names?

I just need a little guidence

Go to phpmyadmin and upload the .sql file

i have cpanel only

any options there?

i uploaded .sql file, but its like it didnt connect to eachother

I believe phpmyadmin comes standard with cpanel?

Go to mysql databases under the main window, at the bottom, you'll see a link to phpmyadmin

That's right, under MySQL Databases, you should see phpmyAdmin link... upload your file once selecting right DB ... you may need to create a new one from CPanel before.

Well first create the DB, if not already present, select it once logged in, then proceed to Import the SQL file and should work
