| ahh, I see the one you mean now,
I just looked through mine and can't
figure out how to lock/unlock that main bar.
If you right click on that top bar, and choose "customize"
will it let you restore the defaults? |

| hm that seems strange... try making a new profile (Start->Run->"Firefox -ProfileManager") and see if it happens there too.
If it happens even on the new profile, then it might be a corrupt install or something, try reinstalling.
If it works on the new profile, you can just use that as your new primary profile.
To transfer your saved bookmarks/extensions/etc from your original profile, go Start->Run->"%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\" and just copypaste whatever you want saved from the proper profiles. It SHOULD work.
Did you recently fiddle with anything in about:config that you shouldn't have ?_? |
