Anything by Tim Burton. All of his movies are just brilliant, though if pressed I'd say my favourite Burton movie is either Edward Scissorhands or The Nightmare Before Christmas.

I love the scene in Figh Club where Edward Norton beats himself up in his boss' office! I'd love to try that myself someday.. free Arby's for life!

Twelve Monkeys is one of my favorite films -
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0114746/
Directed by Terry Gilliam.
Brazil, another film directed by him is also pretty cool although very strange.
Also '28 Days Later' is a cool film although I haven't got round to seeing the Sequel yet.

This is tough! I always have problems when thinking about my absolute favourite movie.
But, after giving it some thought... I'd have to say Clue. It's one of the few movies that I can watch straight through without getting bored (short attention span). And there are so many great one-liners!
I was going to write a list of other favourites, but it got too long so I just deleted it.
