ok, when i tried posting in the football wager thing it edits the topic above it that i posted and didnt post a new one

It's acting right. Instead of double posting, it will add your new comments to your last post.

It's a new feature to help clean up a lot of the double posting on the site.

Also it makes it really easy to add new comments to your post now that you can use the quick reply box instead of the "edit post" button.
