RIP William F. Buckley
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/index....ew&pageId=57468
Quote:
William F. Buckley Jr., founder of the influential National Review, died overnight in his study in Stamford, Conn., his publication reported.
"After years of illness, he died while at work; if he had been given a choice on how to depart this world, I suspect that would have been exactly it. At home, still devoted to the war of ideas," said National Review Editor Kathryn Jean Lopez.
More to come ...
He actually spent some time in Camden, where I am from. My father ran into him in Walmart of all places one time.

Yes, and for some time ...
very famous, IMHO. A true conservative in every sense ... and though I fundamentally disagree with much he discussed, wrote, spoke, etc., you had to respect the guy!
He was a fighter ... and extremely passionate in his beliefs!
Just my two sense.
