I have tried registering a domain name via a Canadian company,

Hoost Communications
(Internic.ma)
6325 Maurice Duplessis,
Suite 103,
Montreal.
H1G5X9
Quebec

Although I have paid for the domain I am now being told that the registry has a 'hold' on it! This is strange because the domain is still showing as available to register and also in my account the domain is listed as having not been paid for.

I have tried finding a telephone number for Hoost Communications but all to no avail, I was wondering if anyone here had a telephone number for the company or had done business with them previously.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Has it been charged to your credit card? If so, politely send an email demanding a resolution to the company, and mention that if you can't come to an agreement, that's what chargebacks are for
