![]() | Newest versions of VBulletin are NOT user friendly. I noticed when using AOL, newest versions of Vbulletin the 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 or whichever the 2 newest are, don't LOG you in at all using the AOL browser. This is a good 5-13% of your visitors! It says you are now logged in, but then when it redirects you are still logged out. I am sure this is not my maching but vbulletin! Anyways, my friend is making a forum in php, he is really good, and he made it use 3 db queries for the main forum index page! That's it! Only 3 compared to the IPB 10-15. And vbulletin, I am not even going to talk about vbulletin or phpbb (even worse). Just can't wait for him to finish it off! He made it in 3 days! All he has left is things like memberlist, search, etc. ????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/the-break-room/37183-newest-versions-vbulletin-not-user-friendly.html I wish I can show you all, but he has the admin pages wide open for testing purposes, and I am afraid somebody here will try to destroy it all through admin cp. So maybe in a few days once he protects it ! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Personally, for me, the new version of vBulletin isn''t user friendly. All that technical and flashy stuff like drop downs and endless amount of options everywhere, which make it seem soo uneasy to work on! ![]() I don't use it anyway, so thats good! |
