The account by miracle has been unlocked...I tried to check one more time before to go to bed...and surprise.....it was unlocked!
I got no reply yet to my message to PayPal so I have no idea what are they doing but as long as Lutvi gets his money back, it`s all good.

this is a Nighmare....PayPal froze all my accounts....I got all money frozen....2 LLL.mobi are gone and I have rang PayPal Australia just to hear that I have to provide proof of my domain sale and ring or e-mail PayPal USA.
Imagine me explaining to them on the phone what is NamePros.com and how domains sales happen between us without paperwork.....I`m soooooooooo pissed off!

I need to find an alternative to PayPal......why in the web there is only PayPal damn!
I just e-mail them....this bloody issues took already many many hours of my time......so I have not reg any LLLL.com in the last 24 hours...well ecept 3 that I managed to rang with my last balance before it went frozen...damn. I`m FURIOUS.

I have no idea...they are a pain....now if they ask me to fax also passport and driving license this will take a week.

Hi James, unfortunately not.....24 hours later instead of 1 LLL.mobi one and 1 frozen payment , now we have 2 LLL.mobi gone and 2 frozen payment (or 1 refunded and 1 frozen.....either ways both useless to me)

why dontu send them scanned copies of the passport and license?
When my account was limited the day i sent the copy of my utility bill, within coupla hours i was all set and ready to go.
Just do a scan and upload them.
As you said u got a refund from the secon daccount so you can forget about that. Just upload the scanned copies and be done with it.

I did upload 2 bills that I had scanned in the past, I don`t have a scanner at home.
