When you try and change the nameservers to your own, does it tell you they can't be changed?
I found this a while ago. Gave up trying, and never looked into it.

Yea - I can change them to "their" ns back and forth - but no others ... ? Support has prob been busy last couple days I guess ... lol -

This happened to me the first time I joined them as well. Apparently, nameservers for .name have to be submitted to the .name registry and processed before theycan be used. After they added my nameservers, it was smooth sailing.

I imagine it will take them a few days to get all the new .name nameservers processed, after their apparently popular $2.99 reg offer.
