Whats in the body of the email?
Contact Rob via PM first anyway, to make sure.
If he didn't send a email to you, I wouldn't be surprised if it's the mysterious virus email going around. I've had several virus attached emails from email addresses I recongise, in which the owners didn't actually send.
There was also another member on here sometime ago warning us that if any of us recieved an email from his email address, it wasn't actually him.

It is mine!
I'm getting bombarded with viruses every day - they are always caught. Whats the attachment?
Thanks,

These seem to be very popular at the minute.
I personally get about around 10 junk emails everyday, most of which is this weird virus attachment.
A work mate has also been recieving a considerable HIGH amount of junk emails to his inbox every week, aswell as the work's company email.
It's shocking!

yeah i have seen my spam and attachments increase significantly recently. Virus software always catches it though
(hope that isn't a case of famous last words.
The majority of the time I am already expecting an attachment and I normally give people a heads up I am about to send them one if necessary so please also ignore any from me if you haven't asked for it.

I rarely receive attachments and certainly NEVER open:
.zip
.dat
.pif
etc files from anybody. The only file I would ever receive is .doc
I think most people with any computer knowledge would not open any of the file formats above!

Don't blame Rob, it sounds like an email virus!
