If you're underage, just talk to the account admin. These days, it's not uncommon for kids at the age of 11 or 12, especially with those high-profile Pokemon-like card games, to be making thousands a month off a website. Advertisers aren't going to exclude you, just talk to them before signing up.
The worst thing you can do is commit fraud.
