Not just a run-of-the-mill picture rating site. Instead, you rate your peers based on criteria such as Looks, Personality, Popularity, Athleticism, Intelligence, etc. Peers are broken up by High Schools, so you simply have to find your school to be able to rate all of your peers (or whoever has been added by the visitors). This site would work a lot like RateMyTeachers.com, the rating system, moderation system, and overall database would be similar.
I need at least one person to code the site as I don't know enough about coding to do so, and then a few people to help with the site design, advertising/promotion and overall management.
