Lawsuits/Retaliation against Hackers

At around 3AM Central time, my whole server was hacked an in excess of 50 Websites/Domains were hacked and basically brought down.

I am currently gathering information on the hacking group and have contacted their hosts and such, but am in dire need of help from someone who knows Law and someone who perhaps themselves is a hacker.

I know that retaliation against hacking groups is rare since often times it is quite hard to find them, but I would really like to finally find this group of hackers and bring them to justice. A search on google brought in over 30,000 results and as far as I could see they were hacked sites.

I dont think these kiddies or bastard adults should be allowed to continue their ways, and it would be great to put some more hackers behind bars.
