Multiple YPN Ads On Same Page?

I'd wondered if multiple YPN ads were allowed on the same page and if so, how many? I'd also heard that you ran the risk of multiple instances of the same ad being served on the same page with multiple YPN ad blocks, so I wrote to YPN. Here's their reply:
????: NamePros.com http://www.namepros.com/the-break-room/194857-multiple-ypn-ads-on-same-page.html

Being that you are a new publisher, you may want to review the FAQ's provided at the link below:

https://publisher.yahoo.com/help/faq/#at

The answer to your inquiry is 'unlimited' number of ads with a possibility of duplicate ads in each area you place the ads. This answer is loosely addressed under the header 'Ad Layout: Web Sites' FAQ #12:# Can I place multiple ad units on a single web page?

You are allowed to display ads in multiple areas of your web page(s). In order to do so, paste the code multiple times as appropriate for your page. Keep in mind that the same set of ads may appear in each of the areas that you have chosen to display ads.

Anyway, I'd had an invite long ago and never utilized it.. thought I'd give YPN a whirl.. posted this info in case anyone else had the same questions I did.

Wow, seems like YPN is the ultimate program for ad spammers...

Just a little content and dozens of ads all over the page.

Multiple ads won't do much good if they're all the same..

I've seen some pages with a lot of ads on there and they say they do pretty well running so many. However, as was said above, the ads in all areas are a lot of the times duplicates of the other ads. Still in some cases, I guess that's not a bad idea. I noticed that they don't even mention anywhere any limit unlike their counterparts.

Multiple ads are ok if you are paid per click and not according to impression...

What's wrong with duplicates?

If ads are all around the page, people are bound to click on one of them.

Because if they pay based on impressions, the more ads displayed, the less a click is worth.. if I'm wrong on this, someone correct me.

10 of the same ad I'm not interested in won't make me click it btw..

Oh, I never knew it dropped the value if it was displayed more.

Still, if you blend your ads into your content people will click.
