Forget Mad Cow Disease - Dear Domey Uncovers 1st Case of Mad Domain Disease!

We at Domain Name Journal are happy to announce that after lengthy negotiations we have secured the services of crack domain advice columnist Dear Domey for another year. We were so pleased with his work in 2003 that we are doubling Domey's salary for 2004 and, just for good measure, we will divide that by two!

For his debut column of the New Year, Domey has decided to address the worldwide panic being caused by Mad Domain disease. It appears that one of our own forum friends - Sharpy - may have become afflicted with this dreaded illness. Read Sharpy's heart-wrenching request for help and see how Domey rushes to his aid with a new diagnostic test that will help all of you determine whether or not you have been infected as well.

This is one Dear Domey column that (despite all of your best instincts) you dare not miss! Your life could depend on it (well, maybe not your life, but certainly our Alexa number could suffer if you ignore the warning signs)! So what are you waiting for, click the link below and see if you are as bad off as the rest of us think you are!

Take the Test: Ten Signs of "Mad Domain" Disease

I'm a borderline 10 points. Good thing I said "Ooops" with that britney fiasco, or I'd be headed for therapy myself.

Actually the credit for Dear Domey goes to Domebase. He is a real person (or so he likes to believe!). Also happens to be a university professor, though I wouldn't be surprised if writing for us gets him demoted to teaching junior high school phys ed!

Yep, that Domey is a good man (and quite the character) ... though I'm fearful of the "test". Guessing that if I peek at the scoring tabulations prior to taking it, then I'm already way beyond hope.
Nice break, thanks Duke (and Domey and Sharpy, etc.)
