Paypal Virtual Debit Card

Every since the new 'Shops' page came out on Paypal I have not been able to find my Paypal Virtual Debit Card. I looked in the frequently asked questions and it said to go to the shops page and click on "Shop Anywhere". Well, I spent an hour trying to find it but no luck.

Does anyone know where I can find my Paypal Virtual Debit Card? Thanks!

PS: There are no sections for payment proccessors so I wasn't sure where to put it.

It's in the withdraw tab now.

What I do not like about the virtual card is the fact that you do not get a CVN (credit card verification number), so you can only shop at very few places.

It is hidden under the "My Account > Withdraw" page. Paypal assigns a virtual debit number to your Paypal account. The virtual debit number appears on your Paypal Debit Bar. The bar will appear below your browser as you shop.
