And He's down!!!!




Last night around 2AM GMT Time i was really sick so i when to bed ( well tryed ) and i did't get to sleep so today i when and had some test done and they said its because you dont have much sleep

Sleep last 7 days : 8 hours

this means i have to stay off the pc a lot more most prob wont tho

anyways i feal really sick right now took some pills and they was sick

I hate to be soo evil, but the only way for people to understand is if they learn their lesson from experiances!

You stay up all night online or doing what-not, that really is bad for you!

Everyone is different Chris so you shouldn't try to stay up at the same time - get into a routine mate - for about the past 15yrs, I make sure that I get between 4&5 hrs sleep a night and then once a fortnight I have a 'crash' day when i sleep for about 12 and then just chill for the rest of the day - best way to do it.

Once you get into a routine like that its great and you feel so much better - plenty of time in the day to do what you need to do - plus - you look after the only body you'll ever have.

I get about 6-8 hrs a night no excuses. I still need a few more but its been good. Sleep deprivation can lead to depression and worse so i sleep as much as i can.

I get only 6 hrs daily....

Feelin weaker by the day....

My sleep time...

12pm - 6am

Then I've to get ready for College...

I sleep 6-12 hours a nice.. if I go to bed late I wake up later than usual. Usually I sleep from 11-8 so more like 9 hours.. hehe

i used to sleep around 2 hours a beggining of this year
used to go to an 24 hour internet cafe and play counter-strike all night
i knew the owner so got free time
never used to feel sick though i just slept until around 8pm then went back again
