![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | 2 Character .biz information Hey all, Can anyone shed light on whether 2 character .biz domains are a sound investment, or even just give a guide on a fair price to pay. Ive been offered 2 LN.biz (eg:r1.biz) domains at around $250 each. I am really tempted as there are allot of possible end users for the domains in question but is .biz dead? I cant see that you can hand reg any 2 character .biz's but maybe I'm wrong, and i cant see any major 2 character .biz sales.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The market for .biz isn't bright indeed. $250 ea sounds about fair, but don't expect an easy resale at a profit. If you are going to use them why not.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Thanks, M7.biz now mine. It will be a nice one to develop and sell. The most expensive domain I have purchased to date.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I can say personally I picked up an LL.biz for around $250 over a year ago...It was about 6 months ago I turned around and was finally about to resell it for exactly what I invested...The buyer was another reseller who was using it to develop himself. A good deal for him as he was looking to develop..but from my standpoint I can say the short .BIZ sales are not very bright like sdsinc said. I don't follow the short .BIZ extension much so if the avg. price is $250 for a CC.biz I would say the market has gone up a bit since a year ago. Then again, if you didn't shop for a deal you may have paid a little too much here. |

![]() | I think that $250 for 2 letter .biz is definitely fair. I would have also jumped on that - I think you made a good decision. I wouldn't expect to make too much money on it if you're going to flip especially because all of the new domain extensions that are coming out soon - but I think it's cool you have a 2 letter .biz Smart decision in my opinion. If you're going to sell I would do it before all the new domain extensions come out.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I broke even on it in the end and got my money back.. just. I still think it was a great domain worth alot more considering its a UK postcode area etc and 2 letters TLD. I think the .biz market is really undervalued. I have no doubt had I sat on the domain for a year I could of made a profit but I have so many good domains I was happy to sell. All end users were contacted no interest which was really surprising.
