NNL.net values? Are they really worth? Meaning of those domains?

Hi,

I'm wondering what are the use of the 3 letter .net domains 99A.net or 52A.net or similar.

What is the purpose of these domains? What is the reseller / enduser?? values?

Can you guys help me in this?

Right now they are not worth much at all in most cases $10-$20 max, they where worth more a few years back.. but have gone down in value since.. I would not buy them at this time.

these names trade based on scarcity. only 2,600 possible combinations available for NNL.net, which have all be registered, same with .com. The only ones still available are the .orgs

I just sold 190 of these for $120 here on NamePros in an auction. I bought them as an experiment. They're worth "something" but I don't know exactly how much now.

I actually sold a few for $30 each last year but the bottom seems to have fallen out of the market. I made the majority of my money back on these because of the $10-40 sales I did on a few of them. I think I'm down about $50 from the batch I bought (250 or so).
