I came across this source today, which took me to yahoo's new service branded as MEME, not really sure what it is but they have a cool domain name for it with an awesome ccTLD supporting it, check it out yourself: ME.ME

yes that's right, big push for .me extension IMHO

doesnt really matter when it comes to being original, some tweaks in the old concept and there you have a brand new product out there for your already over-flowing traffic

There are several social sites organizing around the "meme" idea (kind of like a "thought blog"). I think this is a very good acquisition. Any idea about the price?

Exactly! I always thought ME.com (Apple) would try to secure me.me name. Anyway, the name is now in safer hands.
