How to generate acronym combos ... is there a tool?

Does anyone know of a tool - other than DRT which doesn't have a mac version - that will produce a list of 3 or 4 letter combinations using selected letters. For example, if I want to know all LLL combos using L, M, N, O or P (just an example), how could I do it? I think it's possible to do on excel but I haven't figured that out yet.

Thanks. AF just gives possible *meanings* of specific acronyms. I'm looking for a tool that will take a set of letters - like L, M, N, O, P - and generate all possible 3-letter (or 4-letter) combinations of these letters. I believe there would be 125 possible 3-letter combos (5 x 5 x 5) and 625 4-letter combos (5 x 5 x 5 x 5).

Also, has to be able to run on a Mac. I believe DRT can do it, and maybe LLLY.net, but these run only on Windows.
