i think it depends on what website you're going to create.

That is impossible to say. The value of a domain and a developed site depends on so many different factors. Some of the key factors are number of visitors, content, income, and the quality of the domain. Obviously a site getting 1000 daily visitors is worth more than a site getting 5 visitors. No generic answer exists to your question.
