I think LLL.CC is available to register.

LLL.cc, LLL.me. Also in some random extensions there are some two letter ones left I believe.

everyonce and a while one may stump on a lll.org tld, but there generally all taken.. hmm.. try .me, . ca and other country codes.. im not too sure on .mobis.. there seems to be alot of hype around them

Ray's right -- cctlds are where it's at for available short domains.
