![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Here's 4 from me: 1) don't buy into hype 2) only invest what you can afford to lose 3) understand and appreciate the speculative nature and risks associated with an investment in short domains 4) spend some serious time researching short domain names prices prior to making investments in short domains (especially LLLL.coms). It's very easy to get ripped off if you don't know how to go about buying. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I would add: Research CURRENT desirability (ie registrations/development in other extensions) and realistically brainstorm development ideas based on the acronym, that YOU would do and perhaps be able to monetize. Then set a maximum amount that you would consider a 'prudent' investment, based on those qualifications, and stick to it when considering a purchase/making an offer. sp |
